  8. I totally agree! I was always stressed out about it and didn't really get to enjoy the journey because I wasn't sure if I was going to get the surgery or not:sad0:...just finish the classes that's the most important part!
  9. Ok I sleep on my side and I have been using a body pillow for a loooong time now...I started using a body pillow during my first pregnancy over 18 years ago. Anyhoo, after my surgery will I be able to sleep on my side and use my body pillow??? I really hope so (it's so comfy), I was planning to take it to the hospital with me :svengo:. Thanks for your help:thumbup:
  10. I was told 30 minutes ugh...that's going to be tuff for me:frown1: but I will try:redface1:
  11. Welcome :-)...I too have lost and gained, and gained back more. I'm praying this tool will help me to finally get to my healthy and normal weight that I was always meant to have :-).
  12. I did not lose 10%, I was up and down during the options process, I think I lost around 5lbs total, and I'm having my surgery this coming Friday...And I know of others in my same class who did not lose the 10%. I think the main thing is you must complete all the options classes and pre-op tests as soon as they tell you to go get them done and don't gain of course. If you can lose the 10% that is awesome. I'm just sharing what happened with me personally. Hope it helps.
  13. You look so pretty and happy :-) Thanks for sharing!
  14. Please don't give up! It will be alright! I was the same way up and down during my options classes (story of my life). I never did lose the required 10%, I believe I only ended up losing 5 lbs. total...Please keep going, that is really the true requirement to getting to the next step, you must finish all your classes. I will say a prayer for you, I know you can do it:redface1:
  15. Got it, sip, sip walk, walk! Love it :-)
  16. Lil tummy too cute :-)...
  17. Ok so walking around helps??? Ok I will get myself mentally prepared to get to steppin and WALK :-)
