I am almost 6 months out and I can actually eat a double decker now :(scarrrry...but typically I only order a taco supreme or taco fresco style.

I lost 3 lbs. last month, so I know how you feel. I try not to be discouraged about it because the good news is that I have not gained any weight back. Don't give up. Keep going and you will start to lose again

You should get some. I LOVE my hair extensions...I have the clip ons and they are great!!!! I colored my hair black, so they were easy to match up. Real remy hair, and it was a 10 pc. I'm actually wearing them in my profile pic. They are super fun!!

Welcome It was very difficult for me the first few months to get in my protein in, but I'm 5 1/2 months out and doing fine now. I didn't have any nausea or vomiting. I had seriously painful constipation, because I was over doing the pain medication (Tylenol w/codeine) and wasn't drinking enough water or eating enough fiber. It was one really baaaad episode and then all was well.
