OK my peeps I did another hike today. And went with a fit thin young 23 year old. It was difficult to keep up with her, but I did it huffing and puffing and sweating, but I DID IT. A year ago I could barely walk up the stairs of own my home (so much pain in my knees). Walking the mall, or going various places they would sometimes lock on me and I would have to wait in place and try to adjust them back to walk ...5 months after surgery and 54 lbs. gone, NO PAIN IN MY KNEES after todays hike. I am NOT at goal BUT I FEEL SO BLESSED and happy, words CAN NOT EXPRESS how grateful I am. I really believe THE BEST IS YET TO COME...OK I have to stop before I start crying...Thanks again for all your support and love. P.s. I use bare minerals foundation, and I love it...I too started with the starter kit and was sold. I just recently started using a mac concerler for under my eyes along with my bare minerals, because I'm noticing wrinkles. And for the wrinkles I bought the new oil of olay regenerist eye cream. I use the regular oil of olay with the spf for the rest of my face and neck. Let me know how the miracle stuff works

I can't eat white plain bread. It feels like it just goes down super slow, and I don't like that feeling. It's not good for me anyway, so I just stay away from it.

I love, love, love, love, love steak . What"s funny is I hardly ever ate it before surgery...my family is in shock lol.

EEEEEWWWWWWW What a BITTER OLD MAN!!!!!!!!! OBVIOUSLY his mama didn't teach him right! It's so sad. All I can say is don't let the man get you down girl, keep on keeping on! YOU GOT THIS and you ultimatley will have the last laugh ...hugs!

That is the dilemma for my friend right now as well. We just read that a missionary was just killed (shot) and heard that several of Mexico's boarder police are literally quitting daily. My friend wants this soooo bad, but it's seems super dangerous to cross over the border right now.
