My surgery was the same day as yours.My arms hurt .Other than that no major problems.No pain meds.

[i also got my band on July 25.No major problems so far.Weight is down by 13 lbs. so far.

Finally got my surgery date too .ITS 25th OF JULY .I am happy.The nurse called me today and asked me to follow the pre-op diet.I have been doing that already for past 3 days have lost 5 lbs .I feel lighter.No big hunger pangs so far.Going is good so far.I have to see my doctor for the pre-op appointment on Wednesday 20th.Things can only go better from here.

I am going to have lapband in July too.(most likely 25th) and I have not been asked to go on preop.I just want to do it on my own.Had a BMI of 42.

How did your diet go?I plan to follow you if you were successful.
