Have seen many posts about PBing, slimeing and some other terms that I can't remember off the top of my head. Would somebody explain this new language I'm going to have to learn?!

I got my surgeons name from the LaBand website. It has drs listed that have previous experience doing he surgery.

Hi, I'm Holly and hopefully I will be having surgery July 20 if the insurance stuff goes well. I'm from Troutman, NC.

I hadn't questioned the fills at all. If you go to your original surgeon will they not just bill it to your insurance?

Just found out yesterday that I should be having my surgery in a litte over 3 weeks. I'm supposed to go ahead and start exercising now too. Doing muscle building type exercise was recommended over cardio, specifically using resistance bands. But not specific exercises! I'm so out of shape and having so much back, neck and shoulder pain and I'm just not sure what to do or where to get info. If you go to a gym or a trainer they want to kill you right off even though it's obvious I'm out of shape as hell. Any suggestions? Thanks.
