My stall broke! I went from 260.6 to 259! Hooray!

Yes hit my half way point this week!!! I am down 75lbs today!!! So extremely happy!!!

71 pounds down, less that 40 to go. Anything more than that is a bonus.

My personal trainer just came by to take measurements and percentages - in the last year, on top of losing 96 pounds (so far), I've lost over 25 inches around my whole body and I've dropped 8% in body fat just since May. What a great way to start the day!! Happy Thursday everyone!

Today is my 29th Birthday (again!). Lord knows I feel better today than I did at 29!

First bike ride this year and since losing 70+ pounds! What a wonderful feeling

Just got the call, I have to be at the hosptial tomorrow morning at 5:45 am! Much better than the 11 am time that the nurse originally called me with. Is it weird that I'm excited and not nervous?

Thank you to those who replied back. I called the hospital where I will be staying and spoke with a nurse on duty. I was able to drink a protein shake so that helped w/my headache. But now i'm up and getting ready for surgery in a few hours. I'm scared as hell. Please pray for me. Thank you..

Yesterday was my 1 year surgiversary and I had lost 134, 46 more to go. It's been a difficult journey, but it's been worth it. My decision to have the gastric sleeve was the best one to jumpstart living a healthy lifestyle.

Looks like my two week stall has ended with a 3lb weight loss over night. I now weigh the weight listed on my Drivers License.

WOW…9 months and 93 pounds….I'm still AMAZED…but loving it!

An unofficial weigh-in weight of 156 means I am 16 pounds away from my goal. Will weigh again at the bariatric center in another week. Eager to be a size 8--1 size down!
