My doctor is the one who said I needed to see a nutritionist for 6 months before she would submit to my insurance for a referral to the surgeon. It is NOT an insurance requirement. It should not hold up your insurance approval. I did do the 6 months of visits. I am glad I did. I learned so much and it gave me a jump start on my weight loss. Good luck to you.

My goal is too get a breast lift with augmentation. Of course I will probably get a tummy tuck as well. I already started my savings account!
