OMG! Everytime I go to shop for my daughters it is a nightmare, my budget is Walmart and I spend a long time trying to find something decent. Last time I went to Target and found it not much better than walmart. Thank goodness my girls 8 and 6 yrs old are not fashion followers and wear what I give to them. I wish schools here had uniforms, may be this way kids will pay more attention to school and less to make school a fashion show. Very Frustrating!!

I am self pay. now they did a hernia repair while in the O.R. and then 3 months later they send me a 1,297.00$ bill for the hernia repair, my husband was not asked about it nor did I signed any papers where I gave them permision to do anything. So, I am not happy with them right now. Other than this it was all great.

I have that problem. This week it felt too loose so I adjusted it and now it a bit tight. It looks like is tighter than it feels.

Ok so my band holds 10ccs, I just had my 2nd fill and my band has 6 ccs in it. In the next 2 fills I will get 1 cc each for a total of 8 ccs, all they have left is 2 more ccs and my band will be filled to capacity. What is going to happen as I loose weight? they can't fill it more than 10 ccs!

Wow I am going to beg for a double fill or at least a fill and a half. I was quoted one monthly payment for my loan and when I got the bill it double!! so I cannot afford fills after the 4 included in the package.

I was self pay and the price includes 4 fills and after the 4 fills it costs 250$ per fill so I am hoping this next one is it and I don't haveto go back for a long long time.

My doctor told me that my esophagus was irritated and that was the reason for the neck and shoulder pain. I had a hernia repaired also.

Holly I went through the same thing my signature is wrong here is what happened: I went down to a 199 from 214 between the liquid diet and most of it came off after surgery then I went up to 205 and now 6 weeks later I am down to a 201.5. After the surgery I was able to eat a lot I did not realize it because I was not eating a whole lot of food at home but I went to Red Lobster and ate a whole plate of shrimp alfredo and was shocked that I could eat all that and still feel comfortable. Monday after that I got filled and now I feel fuller faster, I got my fill on the sixth of august. I started exercising a month ago and I drink my Protein every morning.

Wow this is great! I HATE liquid diets and I have to be on it for 2 days after a fill, then 2 days of pureed food and then intruduce solids. I wish my doctor would adopt that.

I need help understanding what is a calorie deficit and a calorie surplus. Today is my first bb day. I have right now 1810 cals burned 1083 consumed and a deficit of 727. I asked the personal trainer to explain that better and all he did was tell me to stay in 500 deficit 2550 consumed and 2050 burned. Any help with this will be greatly appreciated.

I have heard of weighted shoes. They are expensive though.
