  1. Hi all! My surgery was the 28th. I'm down 37 pounds. I'm having trouble with the Proteins. I'm hoping now that food is getting a little more interesting to me I can start getting more through my food. I need to work harder at getting all my Fluid. Over all, all is good and I'm excited for the loss. I'm mostly just tired....but I know that's because I'm not getting everything (calories, Protein and fluids) that I need. BUT I'm working on it!
  2. i agree with the others. The patch has really helped me. I haven't had severe nausea, but it's helps with that little twinge. Please call your doctor so you don't get dehydrated. My doctor prescribed Phenagren (sp) and I keep it in my frig as an emergency back. Feel better!
