i went for my 4th fill yesterday,gained a whopping 20 lbs,that was 5lbs,each month..As of today im back on the diet,and noticed after drinking my Protein Shake, that it filled me up,only problem was after i drank it,i had shortness of breath,used a straw and swallowed alot of air,i could not stop belching.scary thing.Anyway..i need the luck,i got to get this extra weight off,as it is actually bothering my left knee.Thnaks all//
