For my fiances pre-op diet was told to drink 5 carnation instant breakfasts a day plus 4 ounces of meat a day, and she wonders if you measure the 4 ounces as Raw or Cooked meat. She would have posted this herself but she forgot to before she got offline. And since she has dial-up and i have cable, it'd be a hell of alot easier for me to take 10 seconds to do it with her on the phone, then the 45 mins it would take her off the phone.

Well some things that im going to be doing with my fiance when she gets the band, is im going to be right there beside her. all the dieting, all the exercise, everything. Though im not getting the band, i do believe that i should be supportive in that kind of way. I dont want to be eating junky food while she eats fruits and lo-carb items. And i dont want to sit around the house while she's out taking walks and going to the Gym.. No siree. I believe that this can be a really big bonding experience for us. something for use to grow together with. Kind of like those commercials where you see the old couple running together and laughing, kind of like that i guess.

If you're using Internet Explorer, goto Tools, Internet Options. Clear your Cookies and your Cache. After that you can Re-Login without any problems If you're on Fire Fox, Press CTRL+Shift+Delete and clear your Cache and Cookies. Then re-login and you should have a problem after that. From time you time you need to clear you cache so that it doesnt get too full.

You know whats really weird.. None of the commercials i've seen or any of the people that talk about losing people in Iraq always Say Sons, Daughters, Mothers, Fathers.. Never once have i heard Brothers and Sisters.. I have a Brother and a Brother in-law that are both in the Army.. My brother is about to do his second tour, and my brother in-law just got back from his first. Whenever i see those commercials im like "Hello? Aren't you forgetting some people?" I dunno, just something i see all the time. I have a real distaste for Bush.. Its partly why i chose Kerry.

Well if its a tablet, you can take a small shot glass and crush it up in the shot glass and add abit of warm Water. It should desolve the pill enough for you to be able to get it down. I'm not to sure about capsuls though.

Well my fiance is getting banded, and i wanted to join this board to start reading up on this stuff, just so if she needs to talk to someone about it, i'll be able to lend a knowlegable ear on the subject, and be able to understand what she might be going through. I might be poking around here and there and asking some questions, maybe i'll even start to be able to help other people on the board with the information i've collected. I just want her to know that im 100% behind her on this, and i want to be with her every step of the way.
