Hi Mary: Went to mtg last night. It was very informative. Nut. & Psyc. there and answered many questions. People all gave their concerns....many of what I share. Its good to hear people going thru the same process. They thought my weight loss was good for 3 weeks out and gave me more confidence. Met Johnathan there too. Hope to see you at next months mtg.
