I was just wondering for those of you that 100 pounds or more, what was your fill maxed at? Like how many cc's did you have in your band to get to the correct place, not too full and not not full enough.

Good to hear its not only me! Mine does it everytime I eat and so much my friends started calling my Chewy for Chewbacca! lol

Does anybody stomach make weird noises while they are eating? Everytime I eat my stomach starts to make a weird noise like Chewbacca or something. I know it's not cuz I'm full cuz it starts right away when I eat or drink anything. I was just wondering if anybody else's stomach does this?

Yes it will but I agree it totally sucks when you are on the liquid diet! I thought I was gonna die! lol but this will past once you can eat again

Thanks guys! I am talking about post op. I would have hated to have to do it pre op! My doctor only made me do it the day before surgery. My doctor is making me do the liquid diet for 3 weeks and like I said I am having a hard time dealing with it! I just want to eat something actually eat something not drink it!

I was banded on 4/18 my doctor does not put any fill in when he first puts the band in. He said its so that your stomach can get used to having a FB in your body. I don't know if your doctor put any fill in but this maybe why you are still hungery. I know that I am hating this liquid diet!! Are you stil on the liquid diet?

I was just wondering how long everyone on here had to or has to do the liquid diet? I have seen that some doctors only make some do it for 1 week, some for 2 weeks and some for 3 weeks so I was just wondering. Also does anyone know why some doctors do it for longer or shorter? I HATE this liquid diet it is way harder then I thought it would be!!!

Why do you have to be on a liquid diet for 3 weeks after surgery before you can even start eating soft foods? This is driving me crazy!! Does anybody know the answer. What happens if you do eat food?
