  1. I TiVo'd and plan to follow the food suggestions after I can start eating again.
  2. I take a few pills for migraines, high cholesterol and such. I'm planning on crushing all of them as I doubt there are liquid forms. Although some of my migraine medicine comes in nasal spray and shots so I'll probably get some of that too.
  3. Dang. I have a $5K deductible (when you work for yourself, insurance is WAY high) then they pay 80%. In reality, I'll be paying less going to Mexico and not have to deal with all the hassles from the insurance company. I have a 40 BMI but no co-morbidity issues (I'm a healthy fat girl ) so I'm sure it would be ages even IF I got the OK from BCBS.
  4. OK, sweats it is. I hope I don't run into anyone I know. My luck it will be 10 or so old boyfriends back when I was half this weight, lol.
  5. Some of these comments have me nervous. I'll be going to Tijuana by myself, which means I'll be carrying luggage (not much) through the airport and driving myself back home - about 1.5 hours. Not to mention sitting on the plane for 4+ hours in tight pants I haven't worn sweats out in public in years (ever?). Should I plan on doing so for the trip back?
