Re-energizing myself! I was down to 199 in August, and have slowly crept up to 210. My own bad choices. I am getting back on track....journaling my food and exercise patterns!!! I am accountable!

My excitement today is that I got on the scale....61 lbs down! Which put me at having less than 100 pounds left to lose

4 weeks out from surgery. Feeling so much better every day. Hit the 30 lb mark on my 4 week anniversary

I'm doing pretty well! Had my follow up appt today, he removed the drain, and said everything is progressing well. How are you?

Surgery was Tuesday, June 7th. Wednesday was rough, but each day seems to be getting better. I'm working hard to get my protein and walks in, but am struggling with the water intake.
