  5. Thank you for the kind words and gentle push. I think I just needed to put it out there and see it in black and white. I've got a grocery list made for tonight and just signed up for a pilates class starting Monday. Thanks for being there!!!

  8. I was sleeved on June 7, 2011. I started at 298 lbs. I dropped to 199 lbs. I've since settled at 210 lbs and haven't moved in 6 months. I'd still like to lose 50-60 lbs. (Goal weight 150 lbs). I've found myself getting frustrated with the stall and am falling back into bad head space habits, which then keeps the vicious circle in place. Even thought my portions are small, I'm not making the best choices in food anymore. My mother recently passed away at only 59, and I've used that as an excuse to get off of my exercise routine. So, I'm not gaining, but I'm definitely not going in the right direction. I just need some tough love/motivation today! Thanks, Melissa
  9. My thoughts and prayers are added as well!!!
  10. Mine is growing back as well.....lots of little frizzies!!!
  11. Good question! I have definitely slowed down, only losing about 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I still have about 50-60 lbs to go. I feel so much better, but am now impatient, lol!

I actually eat salmon quite often with no issues!
  13. The strips and walking worked for me.
  14. I usually just tell people I've had surgery recently and have to wait a while to drink.....and that I'm still healing so a lot of foods still bother me. If they ask what, I usually use the very vague "female stuff" .....most people don't ask many more questions than that. It isn't that I mind sharing, I just don't want to share details with people I don't know. For me, that's just me in general...I'm fairly private overall anyway until I get to know people.
  15. For me, it has definitely gotten better! Even taking the bio-oil supplement to help the hair on my head from falling out, I have still noticed that my arm and facial hair is so much better already!
  16. You look fantastic....great work!!!!!
  17. For me, I've found that sugarfree popcicles are a requirement to always keep stocked! Also, watermelon and cantelope seem to curb my sweets cravings.
  18. That's awesome I wore a pair of jeans Saturday, and after I got home and was walking up the stairs in my house with my hands full, my pants fell down, lol! But, luckily no one around in that case!
  19. Such a fantastic story, way to go!
  20. Congrats! I can't wait to be there
