  1. My thoughts and prayers are added as well!!!
  2. Mine is growing back as well.....lots of little frizzies!!!
  3. Good question! I have definitely slowed down, only losing about 4 lbs in the last 3 weeks. I still have about 50-60 lbs to go. I feel so much better, but am now impatient, lol!

I actually eat salmon quite often with no issues!
  5. The strips and walking worked for me.
  6. I usually just tell people I've had surgery recently and have to wait a while to drink.....and that I'm still healing so a lot of foods still bother me. If they ask what, I usually use the very vague "female stuff" .....most people don't ask many more questions than that. It isn't that I mind sharing, I just don't want to share details with people I don't know. For me, that's just me in general...I'm fairly private overall anyway until I get to know people.
  7. For me, it has definitely gotten better! Even taking the bio-oil supplement to help the hair on my head from falling out, I have still noticed that my arm and facial hair is so much better already!
  8. You look fantastic....great work!!!!!
  9. For me, I've found that sugarfree popcicles are a requirement to always keep stocked! Also, watermelon and cantelope seem to curb my sweets cravings.
  10. That's awesome I wore a pair of jeans Saturday, and after I got home and was walking up the stairs in my house with my hands full, my pants fell down, lol! But, luckily no one around in that case!
  11. Such a fantastic story, way to go!
  12. Congrats! I can't wait to be there
  13. I know I'm late to this thread, but I wanted to add my 2 cents. You look FANTASTIC! I can't wait to get to that point. More than the weight loss, the new boobies, anything.....the smile you have now goes all the way to your eyes; it's easy to tell it's REAL. I'm so glad you have that happiness with yourself. I'm only 3 months out, but that's what I can't wait to find the most. And, yes, I know it should always be there, but I've been missing it for a while, and am just starting to feel like myself again. Please keep us posted on your journey.....I too will have no qualms about doing some maintenance once I see where everything ends up! Thanks for sharing your story and the pictures...it really does mean a lot!
  14. I am just over 3 months out, and yes, I still have to force myself to get all the liquids in. I think maybe for me it's such a mindset change that I need to constantly have something I'm drinking, as opposed to gulping down 20 oz 3 times a day.......but I'm getting there!
