  1. I am on my second week and have cheated with crackers and had no problems...what do you think??? Also I am eating smushed beans refried and butter beans..smushed up really good?? Is this ok?
  2. You somewhat calmed my nerves on if I am making the right decision! My surgery date is Wednesday April 20th, and the more blogs I read the more nervous I got. I see alot of people on here that have not had a BMI as high as mine. I am 5'11 370 and a BMI of 54. My goal weight is between 180-190. What is your opinion...Is this to heavy to expect these results? I considered Gastric Bypass but was afraid of the side effects and the success rate for long term weight loss is not very impressive. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and your story!
