Glad to hear you are feeling so well Deb:) It is hard to describe the amazing transformation you will go through (especially mentally) over the next few months. I am excited for you! I am doing great and feeling like a new person! I am eating ALOT more now than most (about 1,000-1,100 cal/day) per my dr.'s recommendation because I was getting very hungry, but I am also working out alot. Slow and steady loss with some short stalls in between. It's all good - at least this time it is coming off for good! Hope you continue to feel great - talk to you soon!

Good afternoon,
Yes, everything went exceptionally well I think. I've never had major surgery before,so I didn't know what to expect. From the time I enter to hospital and until I left, I felt the doctors and nurses were on top of their game. They made me feel very confident of their abilities. Which in turn made me feel relaxed. I was almost sad I had to leave after only one day. LOL.
My surgeon is great. So far I've had very little gas and hardly any pain. I believe that is due to his abilities as a surgeon. I feel blessed.

I am a fan of the Chocolate Truffle and Cappucino - after trying all the samples, they are my favorites. I cannot stand the smell of the all the fruity ones. Definitely order the sample pack:)
