Good for you!!!!! I never used to like the gym. That was 3 yrs ago. It takes my stress away. The hard part at times, is finding the motivation to go. I was banded on 4/21 and down 23 pounds!!!! I'm so happy you're doing so great!!! Keep it up!

I feel the exact same way!!!! It's awful! I just want to feel back to normal. I feel so exhausted after just doing a little bit. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Everyone!!! The pain is still there and horrible! the gas medicine doesn't work and neither does the pain medicine. I was reading that some people don't even have the issue with gas! I've been taking nightly walks to try to get it out and I know this is TMI, but I burped this morning! FINALLY!!! It felt so good! What a relief. Hoping this pain will go away soon cause I want to go back to work! I've lost 9 pounds since thurs though! WOOHOO
