    Congrats, I am half way through my 3 week pre op diet, i have lost 14lbs so far.My surgery date is April 11th i can't wait to start my new life with this key tool..I didn't think i was going to be able to do this protein shake diet but its not bad at all..Keeps me satisfied..My last chosen dinner was my homemade chicken cordon bleu.. good luck to everyone... I am new as well and look forward to reading everyone's success..
