I need to have it done NOW. At three years out, I am not doing well at taking calcium. I need to see if I have been affected. Did your insurance cover it? I had one prior to WLS and was fine so need to check it out now.- 5:2 Folks!
Well, I've got the 16/8 thing down 28.5% of the time . 2/7 days! But I really try to not eat after 7 or 8 anyway. I might try the skipping breakfast part. I've been eating much later on my fast days anyway and some morning not eating early anyway to see if it makes any difference in bounce or weight loss. Pretty happy with what has been happening with my current 5:2 program . It has seemed to really define my body shape and shape some too. I an am "apple" and tend to carry most upper body weight. No butt or thighs but always had a double chin and I've seen the shape of my face really slim out over the last couple months.- Stress cravings
