  3. I am 8 months post op and have been drinking fluids as I did pre-op for several months now. For example I can drink 20 oz. of Water in a couple of minutes. I have zero problems drinking or eating anything. Good luck on your journey, Deb

  6. My surgeon requires you to give yourself an injection of Arixtra everyday for 7 days post op. It was 500 dollars for 8 single dose, prefilled syringes. I have heard some surgeons require an injection of blood thinner for up to a month. Some require nothing after surgery. As we know each surgeon is different. Good luck!!! Deb

  12. Yvette, the symptoms you describe, I get when I eat something to sweet or to fat too. Again it does not happen each time . I am almost 8 months out and I would say it has happen at least 4 times in the last few months. INTERESTING Deb

  20. My surgeon requires NO MAKE UP,NO COLOGNE, NO NAIL POLISH, so I just figured no acrylic nails, and NO JEWERLY. I was like DANG how am I suppose to look good for surgery. I looked a hot mess. LOL. Deb
  21. My surgeon does one while you are still on the operating table, then the hospital (per Doc's orders) does one the next day after surgery. Just for my own piece of mind I would want the leak test performed at least once. Deb
