  1. After your meeting text me what you found out, I'm meeting with a plastic surgeon on the 9th of August. My insurance will pay for the panni if I can get my Dr on board but I'm thinking of just going with the tummy tuck seeing I had 2 c-sections and stuff
  2. Woooo Hoooo congrats
  3. Wow Sophia, I must agree the pix are rather disturbing. I might just go with full tt and possible fat transfer to my tatas. Hubby is very supportive of this and is willing to pay all outta pocket . Keep us posted girlie
  4. I asked my Dr and showed him my rashes n he just gave me cream, wth?? Oh well gotta do this n jump threw hoops I guess. Sophia, that's exciting. Ur gonna be a super model before u know it, hee hee
  5. Haa Haa Stary,I thought I was the only one peeling my nuggets. With having 2 lil ones Mc Donalds is a must every once in awhile and when we do go to McDonalds I get the samething except for the Coke zero. I've tried soda and it just doesn't taste right to me anymore.
  6. So on the 4th of July goal I posted 165/160 as my goal well today I made 165 so in my book I hit my goal, hee hee. This challenge I'm gonna go conservative seeing I've slowed way down and I want to only be at 160 anything smaller and I will look like a crackhead seeing my bones already stick out SN..............Starting Wt........Current..................Goal..........Lbs to Goal LeslieH.............165.................165......................160...................5
  7. So at the begining of this challenge I stated 165 or 160. 8. Yay congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  9. Wow you go girl, you can sooo totally tell the difference. Ur lookin good
  10. Thanks for the info. I've started the process with documenting my "rashes" and how my back pain has returned. My PCP is stubborn so I might have to have my surgeon and pain management Dr write something stating the skin removal is necessary.
  11. wow, luckily he didn't start operating
  12. It's wierd before I had surgery I couldn't really tolerate spicy food because of acid reflux. Now after surgery the hotter the better and one time my hubby said these wings we were eating were too hot for him and they were perfect for me. So now I guess you can say I tolerate spicy food better
  13. Wow, I would of flipped out if I had to take my acrylics off. I can't function without them, you might as well cut my fingers off. I had my nails and toes done right before I went in just incase I wasn't able to get them done afterwards. No one said anything to me about nail polish. Guess every Dr and hospital is different.
  14. Thx Sophia, I'm trying. Last month was really bad only losing 2 lbs, kicked everything up a notch, hee hee
  15. So at the beginning of this challenge I set my goal at 165 or 160. If I stick to 165 then I will make my goal before the 4th. So undecided, lol SN..............Starting Wt........Current..................Goal..........Lbs to Goal LeslieH.............181.6.................166.2..................160...................6.2
  16. I'm the same way. Even if I get stressed out my stomach gets all icky feeling
  17. What I might make it if this weight loss keeps going the way it is. But I'm not holding my breath. I always miss the goal by a pound or 2 SN..............Starting Wt........Current..................Goal..........Lbs to Goal LeslieH.............181.6.................167.4..................160...................7.4
  18. Yes, thank u for this recipe. Ive been craving meatloaf and the hubby also luvs the sandwiches but I was trying to think of ways to tweak it without him knowing and you answered it.
  19. I work out pretty much everyday, I have a weight machine here at home, a stationary bike, xbox kinect workouts and while I'm at work I climb the stairs from the basement to the 12th floor (thats 14 flights). I'm really active, always moving. I'm currently waiting for the gym to open up by my house which will be in two weeks. My food intake well its bad, I do have chips every so often and 1 cookie. I do everything in moderation. But because I workout alot I have to keep my calories up somehow or I plateau for awhile. But mostly I do my Protein shakes in the morning, a Protein Bar for a snack, salad for lunch w/turkey and dinner is whatever we make. I do stay away from breads and pastas, just not ready for them yet. Oh don't let the pic fool you my arms sag and bad you just cant see it, the skin is hiding under my arm . My thighs are all wrinkley to where I will not wear shorts in public.
  20. So at the start of my journey a year ago I weighed 309 lbs. At the day of surgery I was 251 and today I'm down to 170.2. Yes I am an addict to my scale. I mean so damn bad that the battery died and I swear I went into convulsions. It's hard to believe that this is my body and I do take pics almost everyday so it will register in my head that yes I am thinner and not the 300lb blob that I still see myself as. I'm not to comfortable in my saggy skin just yet but hey heres what I look like in my first tank top since I had surgery. My hard work is starting to pay off I would think. If you are undecided still, do it and you will not regret anything at all. My hubby has even decided to have the surgery after he was against it
  21. You look absolutely amazing. Luv the last photo, ur enjoing life w/baby bump and thats what its all about. Congrats again
  22. Ok now the scale is starting to move, whew!!!! SN..............Starting Wt........Current..................Goal..........Lbs to Goal LeslieH.............181.6.................170..................160...................10
  23. Hee hee nope not walls just crickets. I'm 7 months out and I have about 25 lbs to go and they are so slow on coming off. It's getting quite frustrating but hey if I didn't have the sleeve I would never be this thin so I'm a happy frustrated loser, lol.
