hi everyone . i did my surgery in 23-12-2006 my weight at the day of banding was 398 lb BMI is 60:rolleyes: now i lost 13 lb my goal is 175 lb i am now in the liquid stage .. it is a little hard not to eat any thing specially at the holidays :hungry: . so wish me luck to keep going steadily by

hi evreyone . my name is ibrahem & live in ksa in other side of the world:) i did my operation in 23-12-2006 and now after 2&half weeks i lost 13 lb i was 398 lb and now 385 lb a am realy happy to find any one to share my experiance & finally i found this site .:clap2: & i hope you accepted me as a friend . sory for my english:o but i am learning with time i am now on the liquid stage :speechles wish me luck
