  1. i felt the same way and sometimes still do. I was banded on 2/16/11 and now that i feel better i am starting to wonder if ill ever be normal again. its also hard because i wont get a fill for 4 more weeks so being hungry isnt helping either. i just try to think of the big picture and remember what it is i really want to accomplish. we WILL be able to eat normal again. keyword "normal". keep your head up
  2. sounds like me!!! thats about the time i cried and wondered "what did i do?" and had feelings of regret. i also got my period on day 3. that was the worst day for me.now, im 8 days post op and im feeling really good as of yesterday. pain and gas pains are gone. gas x strips, heating pad and a little massage really helped me but nothing took it all away. hang in there!!! also, i felt better when i stopped taking the meds. They made me dizzy and sick.
