My band slipped back in May, I think the emotional end was very difficult for me since I gained 59 pounds back in a few months partly due to my own choices. I have gotten my head back together and have lost half of what I gained. Prayers your way. Don't let this little hump in the road end your journey. It's jut beginning . 4am workout 30 miuntes treadsmill, 25 minutes weights, 10 minute abs on ball, and 5 minute bike cool down. Can't wait to reach one-derland
