  1. I am a 34y/o african american female I currently weight 400lbs. I will be going for my first doctor's visit in June 2011. I have been reading different forums and I am stil trying to feel my way around the site. Please bare with me if I am posting in the wrong area...lol..I have a few questions, I wondered if excercising prior to surgery helps with the saggy skin? I have to be under the care of my doctor for a year prior to the surgery, and a year is a long time I plan to start trying to do some muscle toning now cause I acctually have saggy skin on my upper thighs and if it sag any more after surgery and weight loss, I fear it may sag to my knees....HELP
