  1. If it is fun and you will go do it. If it costs too much you should look out and the community and find one a bit cheaper. I pay 55 a month for cardio kickboxing. A good gym is going to cost that as well.
  2. Ibuprofen is an nsaid and can contribute to gastric ulcers. Therefore it is best to stick with Tylenol as it doesn't have a negative impact on your stomach.
  3. Take 2 tylenol and a double shot espresso. That is what is in excedrin minus the aspirin.
  4. I will be having the surgery on 2/17/11 and have been telling everybody. I am excited aboutit so it is what I am talking about. I have a sales background therefore I Have a big mouth.
  5. I live in Ocala but, I am getting the band done in Tampa by Dr Aguila. I started my optifast Friday and it pretty well sucks.
