  1. I have been in the same boat all of my life. I also "ate my last meals". I started the liq diet 11 days ago and it actually hasn't been too bad. I have used sugar free jello's and the puddings in my protein shakes. I put sugar free butterscotch in with vanilla protein shake and coffee, blended with ice for a wonderful Coffee Frappe! Good Luck to you! I get banded on the 3rd. VERY Excited for my new life!! I can't wait to see the SMALL version of ME!:rolleyes:


  2. I love coffee drinks, so I have come up with something that is pretty good for me:

    Protein powder - I like vanilla

    Skim milk

    Decaff Coffee

    Sugar Free butterscotch pudding

    Ice

    Blend it

    It almost taste like a carmel frapp from starbucks .:rolleyes:

    I have also used the sugarfree jello to put different flavors in the protein shakes.


  3. Keep your chin up!! This too will pass. Don't go back to distructive behaviors.

    Look back at your pictures of your progress and what accomplishment you have done!!

    We will celebrate with you when you reach your goal... it is within your grasp now.:)
