HELP!!!!! ---- CAN ANYONE SUGGEST A GOOD TASTING PROTEIN BAR THAT IS REASONABLY PRICED WITH A HIGH CONTENT OF PROTEIN????

Been adding 1/2 scoop of protein powder to my sugar free chocolate pudding cups and having them in between meals when I get hungry for a snack - and BAM - it does the trick! Not only does it help me feel full till mealtime, but it gives me more energy!

Hi there! Congratulations on your decision to have the lapband done. You will be glad you did. I am 2 months out. I have lost 40 lbs. so far. I also have sleep apnea and use the cpap machine. I hope to soon be able to get off of it for good. So tired of it, but you know I am so used to it that I cannot sleep without it now. It helps alot! Keep posting on your progress. Good luck to you!

Hi there! I am also from Johnstown. Dr. Marley did my band on 1/17/11. I attended my first support meeting a couple wks. ago. It was great. You should def try and go to the next one in March. They are held every month.
