MY HUBBY AND I WENT BIKING TODAY. WE BIKED 5 MILES IN AND 5 MILES BACK OUT. WE WENT ON A TRAIL WHICH IS OF COURSE EASIER TO RIDE BUT I GOTTA TELL YA - I NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS WOULD HAVE THOUGHT I COULD EVER DO THIS. REMEMBER I HAVE FIBROMYALGIA. LAST TIME I RODE MY BIKE WAS 2 YRS. AGO AND I WAS 50 LBS HEAVIER AND COULD ONLY DO A TOTAL OF 4 MILES AND IT JUST ABOUT KILLED ME FOR REAL!!! SO 10 MILES TOTAL BIKE RIDE TODAY IS JUST UNBELIEVEABLE FOR ME!!! YEAH ME!!!
  22. I was tasting the chocolate reading this blog. LOL Very inspirational! Thank you for sharing.
  23. Hi Shonette! Sorry to hear you have been having some difficulties. I get sliming and stuck from time to time too. I hate it. My band is so ornery! We fight all the time! LOL. I have been at a stand still for the past 2 months! Ugg!! No wt. loss. Depressing. But I have slacked in exercising though coz of my fibromyalgia causing me some grief lately. But oh well, I just keep plugging along, taking one day at a time. It seems it will be a slow process for me as well. Take care and keep us posted on your progress!
  24. Well said Lovethenewme!!! Sounds like you have this whole lapband journey down pat! Congrats to you! You are truly an inspiration to others. You are very wise! Thanks for taking the tinme to write so often to encourage others. It is truly appreciated.
