I've lost 8 pounds In eight days, But Ive stuck to the two cups of veggies. But Im taking 5 of the Shake. They told me that liquid vitmans are better. Because it gets into your system faster. You really have to stick to the deit. My surgery Is jan 20th. I wish you luck and my prayers are with you

Im getting baned on Jan 20th and Im scared. But I now that I"ll be fine. My husband had it done two year ago Nov and he looks and feels great. The weight and the Inches are coming off of him. And alot of his clothes are way too big know. Im proud of him. He ask me sunday when he put his dress shirt on if he was this fat . It was one of his olny shirt that fit him when he was very heavy. There is a drink called muscle milk that my husband like. Its choclate. He buys them at gas stations. They are soy milk. you may like this but its not power its already made for you. hope this will work for you and good luck

Hey you touch my heart. I m getting the lap band on Jan 20th. And Im happy but scared at the same time. Just to let you know that My husband Had the lap band done 2 yrs ago in Nov. And he was very over weight. But he looks good and also feels great. We all fill over weight but Im proud of you. Do this for you and no one else. And dont be sad because for the first time in your life your making a fresh start and a new begining. I know you dont like the way you look know but you will. And you'll say too your self I DID THIS MY SELF! ! and youll be proud. It will not happen over night. My prayers are with you and good luck sweetie.
