Hi Everyone I have got funding to have banding on the NHS and have my 1st assessment at St Richards Hospital Chichister on 28th Jan 2011. Would very much love to hear from all that have had it done on NHS and if they could give me any advise as to what the assessment entails? MAny Thanks Kirsty

Hi my doctor call last night to say I have been approved funding. Now all I need to do it fill out the forms my doctor is sending me and get aproval from the hospital (st Richards Chichister). Does anyone no what the forms are I need to fill out and what the meeting at the hospital is going to be like? MAny Thanks Kirsty

Hi There my doctor has just refered me to Chicister and she say next I will get paper work to fill in. PLease could you advise me what happens what's the paper work? and then what happens?
