I have lost 86lbs and have hit a major rut

Yay 26lbs down and only 4 to go for my New Years goal!!!

My new goal...say yes to things I normally wouldn't have tried or done. Ex: going to our neighborhood christmas party. Sounds like fun!

23lbs down as of yesterday, Only 7lbs to my new years goal!!! so pumped!!!

14 hours until I get the band!!!

2 days till banding!!!! so excited!!!

i am so happy i only have 6 more sleeps of this stupid diet until im banded. I hate being so hungry all the time.

On the pre-op diet and had to get blood drawn, almost past out. not good! :/

Hi Lin, I'm not nervous yet but I'm sure the couple days before it will truley hit me that I am getting this done. I ordered Unjury also not the chicken one though just the sweet flavors. I'm doing the gummy vitamin and crushing up some iron post-op. I have a personal trainer set up to for about a month after post-op. I am very excited!

So excited for my Dec 8th surgery!!!
