  1. I'm really nervous about getting my first fill.
  2. They pay for the Website. Thats what keeps it free for us to use. Not to bad when you think about what we are getting for free. Lots of support from Bandies like us.
  3. I was banded on Oct 5th and I have to say having protein shakes will take the edge off and make this much easier. Something with 20+ grams of protein is the best. I have one for breakfast every day and the one for a snack later. I have been on a straight liquid diet for months before and you can survive but its not the best. Any good store has them. I really like Muscle Milk. Good luck. Remember to listen to your body and stomach. When your full your FULL! :thumbup:
