It was a huge trigger for me too pre so fully get you !! Now.. it ain't nothing. Pull into MacDonald's. Get one burger only. No fries. Open it up and I eat the Pattie even though I'm allowed the bread on my plan it's a waste of time to me. Eat half the Pattie and give the other half away. What ?? Yes. Same as you . Used to order a few meals to myself haha loving my sleeve hehe Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Birth Control

I read from my surgeon that the pill will be less effective after surgery. What options is everyone exploring or what has been successful?

    3months post Op August

Happy thanksgiving Since August 2017 I have learned to listen to my body, well my tummy. Rice, oatmeal, bread r a no for me it doesn't sit good , either it comes up or it is very uncomfortable . I figured out what were sliders n that's all the foods that I need to stay away from. (Cookies, crackers n chips) So far I have been eating healthy moist foods. Im also learning not fill my plate with my eyes cuz it will take 10,000 yrs to complete it. I am scared to stretch my stomach. So far I'm down 30 lbs. starting weight was 215 down to 188lbs. It feels so good to bend climb n do ur toes. How's it going for everyone else . Sharing [emoji4]

    I need help

Haven't read comments but what are you having to cheat. What stopped me from cheating is the fear of having a leak. You think what you ate went down fine but you have no idea if your causing damade till it's too late. Also what you can have depends from plan to plan so you should ask your team or check your paper work for what it says you can have on your next stage. It won't be long till you can eat normal food so hang in there. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

    Waiting Game! Nervous

I have been teetering at 40.1 for the last 2.5 months I was told any gain would disqualify me and falling below 40 would disqualify me. Can you call them and ask if you still fall under the insurance acceptance rules for surgery? Mine was strait forward with me, they had a few people disqualify because of slight gains and falling below the minimum BMI. Have a great day! Is this a stall or is this is?

This may sound counter-intuitive, but have you tried increasing your intake of Protein and complex carbohydrates? You are working out quite a bit and your body needs inputs. Our bodies kick into a survival mode when caloric intake drops. You might be there. Have you been dropping sizes? It could well be that you have replaced fat with much denser muscle, so they scale has not moved but your body composition has.
