What did you take to the hospital?

I took nothing. I was there 8 hours. They give you non- slip socks to walk in. I never once had the urge to look at a phone or iPad. Surgery, sleep, swallow, and Headed home. Good luck! -

Hey guys, got a call and my surgeon wants me at the hospital @ 5:30 a.m. instead of 6:30 a.m. Please say a little prayer for me and all our friends going through surgery. Can't lie, feeling a little scared, but I know God will see me through. Goodnight all and Godspeed on our new journey. -

Post Op Hunger

Well here I am 20 days post op so far I am down 30 lbs I am trying to eat a little food and when I eat solid food i can only take a few bits and I am so full. I still have to drink my Protein cause I am unable to eat enough. Not comparing. So far loving my new self WLS !!! -

Pains Meds On An Empty Stomach

I am 3 days post-op. I barely use the pain meds. They are not necessary in my opinion. I have childrens liquid tylenol that i sip on (its very cherry and actually a nice treat!). I wish you a successful surgery! -

My nut said to me today everyone is different and we all mess up and have stalls. Just get up brush yourself off and move on you will be a success. I had my yr check up down 82 pounds and 67% of my body weight is gone. She was so pleased and so am I. Best decision I made.
