WOW!!!!! What a significant difference!!!!! You have done a great job on your weight loss journey. Will you please share some pointers on how to "make it happen"? I would like a "sample menu" of what you would eat for brkfst, lunch, dinner and any "snack" in-between meals. Thanks so much and congratulations on a "job very well done"!!!!!

Thank you very much Ms Yo. I have worked really hard at this; harder than I've worked at anything in my life I think. To "make it happen" you just simply have to strictly follow the band rules. That means no soda, you have to exercise, you have to drink your water, you have to get your protein in. Remember, the band is just a tool; it does not lose the weight for you; you lose the weight!! Diet is not in my vocabulary; lifestyle change is.

Breakfast for me mainly consists of coffee or hot tea as I tend to be very tight in the am and can't really eat. I do have a yogurt later in the morning after I've loosened up.

Lunch generally consists of a small salad and some type of protein; chicken, turkey, etc.

If I get hungry between lunch and supper, I have some cheese or yogurt.

Supper is always protein, vegetable, etc. I have not touched bread since the day I got my band. Bread bad...LOL. Let me know if there's anything more I can do to help you.
