Yes, you can get there again. I am almost three years banded. I weigh today about the same size i did when i entered college in 1985...maybe even a few pounds smaller. Now obviously the weight has shifted to different places...lol...but its great to fit into an 8 again! From 18-20 to size 8! Yeah! But I exercise 6 days a week....and that has been the key for me!

You know, someone told me I needed to join a support group/forum. I joined a couple years ago, but I wasn't active. Yall made me run to the mirror to ask myself, "Can you really look like that again?" LOL! I am grateful for your encouragement.

My lap band procedure is projected for October/November. I have two more visits to go.

@ BSW40 - I love exercising (especially swimming). I can't wait til I lose enough just to start again.
