198 pounds June 2009 One year post op... I'd gone from a size 24 down to a 16.. these jeans were an 18 which I'd bought only two weeks before.. and needed new size 16 ones
  1. 205 pounds..December 2009 creeping back on.. but I'm becoming more confident in my swimsuit.. I would NEVER have had a photo taken before... but it's still an incentive that I have a long way to go but I CAN get there..

  6. BEFORE hiding my walking stick!.. age 34 with deteriorating knees.. exacerbated by my weight.
  7. BEFORE 251 pounds.. in total denial!
  8. BEFORE at my heaviest 251 pounds

    you look great.. my goal is to go from a size 24 to a 16 by Sept ( turning 35 years old) Not sure if i will make it, so far i have lost 32 lbs and have only l gone down to a size 22 pants...

    Wow.. thank you guys so much for the lovely words. It really helps with the battle. I am now doing Atkins with my band.. I have realised I am totally addicted to carbs and in particularly sugar.. I've lost 12 pounds in 6 days just cutting those things out!.. and I'm not craving anything, so I think I am onto something!..
