6. What's Cooking BZ! Updated January 29, 2011

   Frankly speaking, after my VSG I have felt like a celebrity in terms of how I eat, by that I mean I have had to become creative and fresh about how I eat and what I eat and I am finding that some things turn out delicious! This is why I want to share it here with you guys, I was one of those pre-VSGers who was always wonderin: "What the heck are these people eating!" Well hopefully now you can see.
