Finally, off the Plateau, made it under 200

Well, I finally, broke my Plateau, and went to 195.5.

 

WOW, being at 202 then 203 for two weeks was a terrible time for a plateau. It seemed like I was just waiting and waiting to go below 200.

 

Now I can quit obsessing about the scale again.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! my surgery is june 2nd and im 292 pounds!!! i cant wait to get out the terrible 2's!!lol how long did it take you to get into the 110's???

I left the 200's at about 4 months.

I started at 250.

I have 40 to go, to reach the top of the "normal weight" category.
