Oh yea!!! My first real plateau!!!

Well, a little more then a week and I'm at the same weight. It isn't as fun as when your losing 2lbs a week.

I know, why. I haven't been doing my regular workout routine because I have been working more, and it is that time of the year when I have to do extra work in the yard.

Yard work should in theory help, but it doesn't seem to do as much as they say it does????

Well, I have to go finish planting the day lillies in the front yard.
