I was banded by dr. ortiz from the OCC april 29th and am still feeling bloated and tight anybody have similar experience?

yes, I did. don't worry in time all will subside. take it easy and stick to the full liquid diet, it really does help in your recovery!

A New Outlook

Congratulations on your surgery! I also had surgery on april 29th. I'm right there with you. At that time all I felt was that bloated feeling. I can't really feel my port but its still sore around the incision area. That bloated feeling is now starting to clam down. It's kinda hard to lay on the side where my incision is and difficult at times to sleep. While I'm up walking it's not so bad. Feel free to ask me any questions since we got banded together on the same day!
