Exactly two months, having to figure out some things

Well, I got the bodybugg because I was a little frustrated with the lack of progress lately.:huh2:

 

So far I am eating half of the calories that I am burning each day, and that runs about 1000 calories of deficit a day. So I should be losing at least 1lb and more likely 2lbs each week. My average for the week is now running about 2400 calories burned and 1200 eaten.

 

Boy I hope this strategy works, I'm a little frustrated right now with the lack of movement on the scale.:mad2:

 

I did get stuck once yesterday, first time for that in a long time. I think it was a part of a pecan that didn't go down. Boy it really worried me at first. I didn't drink any water, because that just makes it worse, and after about 30 minutes it did pass.:ohmy:
