Mushies- Chicken and White Bean Stew

For BG

http://www.bhg.com/recipe/chicken/chicken-and-white-bean-stew/

At BG's request, I went hunting a few soups and stews for mushies. For the next few days, I'll post links to my finds.

Remember, you can always strain out what you think your tummy can't handle.

Perfection! This has half my daily protein needs in one serving! Yay! I keep hearing others on LBT complain more about the mushie stage than the liquid stage even...mainly because you're on it so long (me-5 weeks) and you get so bored with what you're eating. Thanks for all the variety and helping me get my protein in without just nasty shakes! -BG

Yes, I do believe the Liquids and Mushies stages are the worst for the newly banded. After that, it seems everyone finds their own niche according to their bodies and their doctor's orders.

I'm still searching for you.
