How long can I stay off the rollercoaster?

I am feeling really good now since I am keeping a journal. I started back tracking what I eat and my workouts on www.sparkspeople.com .

:thumbup::thumbup::tongue:

I did my first workout today which was a very brisk walk on my 15 min break at work. I have a new person to walk with and she walks really fast. I burn some good calories. My next walk will be 2:30 p.m. on my second break. After I get home around 6:30 p.m. and tend to the husband and kids I will do my Slim n 6 workout. I am feeling really good about myself right now.
