Another Plateau

Well the weight came off fast for a few weeks and now it's stuck again. I woke up this morning three pounds heaver then yesterday. I only ate 1100 calories but I know that's too much. It's hard to stick between 600-800 but that's what it takes to lose for me.

It's sad to think that I have to go that low... I'm so comfortable with about 1100 calories and know that should work. Anyway it goes 1100 calories shouldn't cause a gain.

I just don't know.

Hi! I have the same problem - and I'm not banded - BUT that said - I do NOt lose weight at all if I eat 1000 or more calories -- that is what made me think about getting the band - but the more I am on here the more I am learning that even with the band it will be like that - so I decided to try eating less than 1000 calories (no bread, no sugar too) and 64 oz of water (all over this place they talk about water - if you don't drink it you won't lose they say) and I only walk 15 minutes a day twice a day (on good days). I have disabilities so it is hard for me to exercise a lot of days - but I am losing slowly. Just wanted to encourage you - hang in there! Mo

Oh I know where you are coming from! I lost loads the first two months but now it's stuck and refuses to budge! It was easy in the beginning -I wasnt hungry!!! But now I am and have no restriction its soooo hard. Keep at it and we'll get there. I'm off for a fill next week and hope that helps out?!?!?!? One day at a time is all we can do.
