Hello Out There

I hope everyone is having a wonderful holiday thus far.

I was banded approximately 1 year ago and lost 40lbs. I have had a problem with digestion and would like to know if anyone has any suggestions for a soft diet. I am also open to suggestion on how to get back on track. It has become discouraging at the 40 lb lost which basically came off in the first 3 months.

I jsut got banded have not had a fill yet, scheduled for beginning of Feb. I am in discomfort most of the time. Is this common? I am still on pureed foods.

Any input would be appreciated.
